We had an excess of eggs this weekend, so I thought I’d make some quiche. Good opportunity to try out a pie crust from scratch. I had to go out and thrift a pie pan but I found a nice pan and got some free pie crust advice from the woman at the shop. Also, I’ve been dreaming of making a lattice crust, so I’m feeling well prepared for that n0w.
